Context

GrEnFIn EMJM is an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's programme coordinated by the University of Bologna, in partnership with Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and Université Paris Dauphine–PSL. Three elite institutions. Three countries. Hundreds of international students. And a single administrative team managing it all across borders, time zones, and languages. The challenge was clear — a programme of this scale and prestige couldn't rely on fragmented tools, scattered spreadsheets, and manual workflows. It needed infrastructure built for the complexity of a multi-institutional operation.

What we built

We designed and engineered a custom intranet from the ground up — a unified digital infrastructure that centralizes every aspect of the programme's operations. Student onboarding, document management, administrative workflows, and cross-institutional data — all consolidated into a single, high-performance platform. No more back-and-forth between systems. No more data scattered across institutions. The result is an intranet that matches the academic excellence of the programme itself. Sovereign, secure, and built to handle the operational complexity of an elite international Master's — without friction.
